JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: AANP or ANCC certification required
• Licenses: Active unrestricted Ohio NP license, DEA with Ohio address
• DEA / CDS: DEA schedules II-V required
• Certifications: ACLS (AHA preferred), BLS required
• Experience: 500 patients within the past 12 months or program completion within the last 12 months
• Other Qualifications: Ohio license or IMLC-equivalent eligibility preferred

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide hospital medicine services in a collaborative APP/Physician practice model
• Cover APP shifts from 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (10-hour shifts)
• Manage approximately 55 encounters per day
• Handle 5-6 admissions per night
• Collaborate with supervising/collaborating physician in Hospital Medicine
