Baptist Health Northeast Florida is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Hospital Medicine team in a full-time Nocturnist role. This opportunity offers a highly desirable 7-on/7-off schedule, allowing providers to enjoy a predictable work pattern while delivering high-quality inpatient care in a collaborative, physician-led environment.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage hospitalized adult patients during overnight shifts
- Perform admissions and ongoing inpatient care
- Collaborate closely with hospitalist physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in rapid clinical assessment and treatment planning
- Ensure continuity of care and effective handoffs between providers
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Current Florida APRN license or eligibility
- Hospital Medicine experience preferred
- 2-4 years of Level I or Level II critical care experience preferred
- New graduates with strong critical care backgrounds may be considered
- Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
