Baptist Health Northeast Florida is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our Hospital Medicine program in a full-time dayshift role. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and daily rounding
• Manage inpatient medical care in collaboration with hospitalist physicians
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Coordinate care with specialists, nursing staff, and ancillary services
• Participate in discharge planning and care transitions
• Promote quality, safety, and patient satisfaction initiatives

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
• Current Florida APRN license or eligibility
• Hospital Medicine experience preferred
• 2-4 years of Level I or Level II critical care experience preferred
• New graduates with strong critical care experience may be considered
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
