A leading regional health system’s Hospitalist Division is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a full-time, permanent position providing daytime hospital medicine coverage at its specialized Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility in Willingboro.

The Practice Experience

Join an established inpatient care network of over 150 board-certified physicians and advanced practice clinicians delivering high-quality care across regional medical centers and specialized facilities.

• Clinical Scope: Provide broad-spectrum inpatient care and clinical management for high-acuity, medically complex adult patients within a dedicated LTAC environment:

  • Conduct daily rounding, comprehensive admissions, acute evaluations, and clinical disease management for complex chronic conditions

  • Formulate and execute multi-system treatment plans, managing ventilator-dependent patients, complex wounds, multi-organ failures, and severe comorbidities

  • Direct care coordination in close collaboration with supervising hospitalists, specialty consultants, physical therapy teams, and clinical case managers

  • Maintain meticulous medical documentation and interdisciplinary team communication

• Schedule & Lifestyle Advantage: Standard 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) totaling 42 standard weekly hours.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

We are seeking a patient-focused, clinically sharp Advanced Practice Clinician dedicated to excellence in inpatient hospital medicine.

• Credentials & Education: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP/FNP) or Physician Assistant program; active board certification.

• Licensure: Active, unencumbered New Jersey State Advanced Practice License and active DEA.

• Clinical Competencies: Proven experience or strong clinical background in inpatient hospital medicine, internal medicine, or LTAC patient care.
