Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Travel: Local travel required (25–50%)
Compensation: $160,000 – $187,300 annually + Management Incentive Plan

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and support nursing and clinical staff
- Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality hospice care
- Monitor clinical outcomes and implement performance improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with state and federal hospice regulations
- Oversee staffing, recruitment, training, and performance management
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient care plans
- Support operational planning, budgeting, and program development
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
- BSN required
- Minimum 3 years of management experience
- 2+ years hospice clinical experience required
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with regulatory compliance and clinical performance improvement preferred
