Details:
- Setting: Provide Hospice/Palliative Care for geriatric patients
- Mileage reimbursement provided
- No weekends, holidays, or call
Required:
- Active MI state license
- Certifications: BC, DEA, and BLS
- Open to candidates with 1-2 years of geriatric, palliative care experience
