Nurse Practitioner in Hospice and Palliative Care
Location: Traverse City , MI

Role Overview: Join an compassionate Care Team as a Nurse Practitioner, delivering individualized and patient-centered care to hospice and palliative care patients in the Dayton area. This role offers a fulfilling opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive hospice and palliative care to patients
- Collaborate with a dedicated Care Team to ensure high-quality, compassionate care
- Manage a daily patient volume of 3-6 patients
Schedule:
- 4x10-hour days, Monday–Friday, with a rotating day off (option for 5x8-hour days)
Requirements:
- Active MI state license
- DEA certification
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of NP experience with geriatric patients
