Position: Nurse Practitioner – Hospice/Palliative Care
Location: Hybrid (Rockville, MD)
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our interdisciplinary team, specializing in Hospice or Palliative Care. This hybrid role offers a meaningful opportunity to support patients and families with high-quality, person-centered care.
Schedule & Workload
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Onsite Requirement: 2.5 days per week in Rockville, MD
- Patient Volume: Approximately 8 patients per day (majority virtual)
Qualifications
- Certification: ANCC or AANP certified
- Experience: Background in Hospice, Palliative Care, Geriatrics, or related specialties
- Licensure: Active Maryland NP license, DEA, and BLS certification required
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: Can be negotiated over the phone!
