Optimum has a position for a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to join a hospital in northern Washington.

About the Position:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday (8a-5p) or 4x 10-hour shifts
- No call
- Setting: Outpatient
- Daily Census: 10-20 patients
- Will travel to different homes, facilities, and clinics
- APPs practice independently with some supervision
- EMR: AthenaHealth
- Board certification required
- Preferred Experience: 2+ years
