Job Description:
NorTek Medical Staffing is recruiting Nurse Practitioners for Client, an established specialty practice in Tucson focused on comprehensive Client care.
The practice anticipates hiring five Nurse Practitioners, with an immediate priority of bringing one provider onboard in 2026. Opportunities are available for experienced gastroenterology and hepatology NPs, experienced FNPs transitioning into specialty care, and new graduate NPs prepared to complete required clinical training.
This position offers experienced specialty providers the opportunity to apply their existing expertise while providing FNPs and new graduates with a structured pathway into hepatology and gastroenterology through mandatory specialty training.
Final compensation will be determined based on experience, demonstrated capabilities, specialty expertise, training requirements, and assigned responsibilities.
Established in 2015, Client provides comprehensive evaluation and management of liver disease, including advanced liver disease, liver failure, and care following liver transplantation.
The practice expanded into outpatient procedures in 2019 and established its research department in 2022. Its Fatty Liver Clinic complements the practice's broader liver-care services.
Medical Director Dr. Shahid Habib is a transplant hepatologist with advanced training in hepatology and liver transplantation at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. His clinical interests include liver failure, transplantation, and fatty liver disease.
