Job description
We are seeking a clinically strong Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join patient-centered Medical Oncology / Hematology practice in Arizona on a staff / permanent role. You will working in a supportive clinical environment, building meaningful relationships with patients as they go through their cancer treatment process. Previous Oncology/Hematology experience is preferred; whether you want to start or grow your expertise in the Oncology, you are encouraged to apply.
Position: Oncology / Hematology NP

Salary: $125 - 145K/year
Shift: M-F 5x8s
Location: Glendale, AZ or Gilbert AZ
Setting: Outpatient Cancer Center

Job Responsibilities
• Manage care plans for assigned patient caseload
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments including physiological, psychosocial, and overall health evaluations
• Monitor patients throughout treatment, adjust care plans, and conduct interventions as needed
• Collaborate with families and other care providers in care process
• Provide patient learning and health promotion
Qualifications
• 1+ Years NP experience in clinical or hospitalist setting
• Hem/Onc experience preferred
