JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active Rhode Island license
• Board: Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner
• DEA: Yes
• Other Qualifications: RI Medical License, DEA, and CSR (4-8 weeks for RI NP License)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide outpatient care for hematology/oncology patients, managing 18–22 patients per day
• Perform daily inpatient rounding for 1–2 hours based on consult volume
• Perform biopsies as needed
• Collaborate with on-site Hematology/Oncology team for comprehensive patient management
• Document patient encounters using Meditech EMR and paper charts
