Hematology/Oncology NP Needed in Providence, Rhode Island (will license)

Providence, RI | Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner | October Start | 26-Week Assignment

• Start: October

• Contract Length: 26 weeks

• Temporary privileges available for an earlier start

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

• Full-time

Practice Details:

• Mix of outpatient and inpatient Hematology/Oncology care

• Daily inpatient rounding (approximately 1–2 hours, depending on consult volume)

• Outpatient volume: 18–22 patients per day

• Hematology/Oncology physician onsite for collaboration

• Bone marrow biopsies performed as needed

• EMR: 80% paper charting, 20% Meditech

Requirements:

• Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner

• Rhode Island license (licensing candidates accepted)

• DEA and CSR required

Credentialing:

• Rhode Island NP license: Approximately 4–8 weeks

• Temporary privileges available

Travel:

• Airfare, lodging, rental car, and travel expenses fully covered
