Job Responsibilities
Facility Type: Academic Hospital
Practice Setting: Inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) / Hematology & Cellular Therapy
EMR/Charting Software: Epic
Vaccines Mandatory? Not specified
Avg. Daily Census: 8–12 patients
Patient Age Group: Adult
Qualifications
Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: Board Certification Required
State License(s): MO license
Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred
CSR Req’d: No
DEA Req’d?: No
Years of Experience Req’d: 1.5–2 years of inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant APP experience
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days for full privileges but timeline can vary as temporary privileges may be available/needed
Willing To License?: Yes
Working Hours
Schedule Details:
Night Shift: 1800–0700 (2 FTE)
Coverage varies monthly; schedule provided by facility
