This facility features a newly renovated oncology clinic located onsite at the hospital, providing comprehensive cancer care services to the coastal community. The facility is part of a larger cancer institute network that offers access to leading experts and specialized resources, with outcomes that often exceed national standards.
Opportunity:
Advanced Practice - Nurse Practitioner - Hematology Oncology, Physician Assistant - Hematology Oncology
Job Details:
• Work 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm) or 3 days per week (Monday-Wednesday, 10-hour shifts)
• Work alongside oncologist and independently on some days
• Provide care for hematology oncology patients in the infusion suite
• Collaborate with nurse navigator to triage patient calls
• No hospital rounding required
• Work with exceptional team including infusion nurses, oncology nurse navigator, medical assistants, oncology dietitian, social worker, and schedulers
• Access to specialized Oncology Palliative Care team support
• Must maintain active Oregon license
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
