Salary Range: $140k–$165k (varies depending on years of experience)

This position is ideal for a confident, independent APP who values autonomy, consistency, and the chance to build meaningful relationships with patients navigating cancer care.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients with breast cancer or breast-related conditions
  • Conduct evaluations, follow-up visits, and ongoing symptom management
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary oncology teams to support treatment plans
  • Practice with a high level of independence while maintaining access to physician support
  • Apply sound clinical judgment to complex patient cases in a fast-paced but structured environment
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation within the electronic medical record
  • Serve as a consistent clinical presence for patients throughout their care journey

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Monday–Friday schedule
  • Clinic hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 100% outpatient, in-office role

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New York State
  • Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program
  • Prior experience as an APP in breast oncology, oncology, or breast surgery
  • Strong clinical confidence, independence, and decision-making skills
  • Professional, reliable, and comfortable working within established clinical processes
  • Patient-centered approach with excellent communication skills
