Salary Range: $140k–$165k (varies depending on years of experience)

What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients with breast cancer or breast-related conditions
- Conduct evaluations, follow-up visits, and ongoing symptom management
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary oncology teams to support treatment plans
- Practice with a high level of independence while maintaining access to physician support
- Apply sound clinical judgment to complex patient cases in a fast-paced but structured environment
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation within the electronic medical record
- Serve as a consistent clinical presence for patients throughout their care journey
Schedule & Work Environment
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Clinic hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 100% outpatient, in-office role
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New York State
- Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program
- Prior experience as an APP in breast oncology, oncology, or breast surgery
- Strong clinical confidence, independence, and decision-making skills
- Professional, reliable, and comfortable working within established clinical processes
- Patient-centered approach with excellent communication skills
