Position: Nurse Practitioner – Hematology/Oncology
Job Details:

Outpatient clinic schedule, Monday–Friday

36 hours of direct patient care per week (with additional admin/rounding time)

Flexible hours between 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
-
Average 15–18 patient encounters per day

Mix of Oncology (70%) and Hematology (30%, primarily benign cases)

Primary focus on outpatient care with limited inpatient rounding

Collaborative team environment with physicians and advanced practice providers

Active Indiana or IMLC license required

BLS certification required

Credentialing timeframe: approximately 90 days
