Inpatient BMT Nurse Practitioner – Night Shift
Location: Atlanta, GA
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts per week (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Weekends: Required as part of the regular rotation
Duration: Ongoing need
Setting: Inpatient – Bone Marrow Transplant Unit
Position Highlights
Role: Night APP for inpatient BMT service
Responsibilities include:
- Performing physical assessments
- Writing orders and interventions to maintain patient stability
- Responding to critical patient changes
- Communicating with nursing staff and on-call MDs
- Managing admissions and transfers to higher level of care as needed
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Nurse Practitioner
- Preferred: Prior Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) experience strongly preferred
- Licensure/Certifications: Must hold active NP license and meet hospital credentialing standards
