Job description
Our client is seeking a dynamic Nurse Practitioner to oversee and enhance the daily clinical operations in their Primary Care Clinics in Phoenix. The key responsibilities include providing patient care, conducting daily rounds, and maintaining clear communication with patients, their families, and community leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-Day Facility Operations: Managing the daily clinical operations across multiple facilities.
- Patient Care & Rounding: Rounding on-site and attending to 12 to 15 patients daily.
- Communication & Coordination: Facilitating communication with patients, families, and facility leaders.
Qualifications
- Ability to secure an active Arizona state license and a DEA license (assistance provided).
- Open to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
- 1 year experience
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively with facility leaders and families.

Additional Requirements
