Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and safety standards
Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting
Qualifications
Strong background in home care and personalized patient service delivery
Solid knowledge of medical practices and patient care standards
Experience in implementing and managing quality improvement programs
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
