**Opportunity:**
Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Eldercare

**Job Details:**
• Full-time position (1.0 FTE) scheduled Monday-Friday during business hours • Provide eldercare services at Osgood Campus and to area nursing homes and assisted living facilities • Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills • Work both independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals • Join an experienced team currently consisting of two physicians, three advanced practice clinicians, and an RN Program Manager • Provide health care to individuals and families with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention • Participate in eldercare call coverage (24/7) via phone on rotation (1 day/week and every 5th weekend) • Demonstrate high level of customer service skills to establish positive relationships with patients and colleagues • Must have Master's or Doctorate degree in Nurse Practitioner program or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physician Assistant program • Maintain current licensure/DEA in both North Dakota and Minnesota • Maintain current CPR certification and national certification in applicable area • Successfully complete credentialing process prior to practice • May be eligible for additional compensation through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation

**Compensation:**
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.

Estimated Annual Salary: $120000 - $140000
