Well respected Healthcare Facility is seeking a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) to see ages 50+ in the Long Beach, CA area:
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Full-time permanent position; 40 hrs a week.
- Call typically one day a week and one weekend each month (phone only).
- 100% outpatient
- Typically see around 16 ppd.
- Will see ages 50+ (might see some adults 18+ if open to lower ages range)
- Seeking candidates with Geriatric NP experience preferably at an FQHC/Community Health Clinic
- Seeking candidates who are passionate about caring for the underserved
- Spanish speaking preferred
- EPIC EMR
- CA licensed
- Salary: 120-140k depending on experience plus 5k sign-on, full benefits, and eligible for loan repayment
