Well respected Healthcare facility in Chicago is seeking a Spanish speaking Geriatric NP/PA to join their team.
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule
- Rotating on call for evenings and weekends
- Will see patients in the clinic and in participants homes, as needed
- Will see ages 55+
- Seeking candidates fluent in Spanish (or at least 7/10 Spanish speaking)
- Seeking candidates with at least 2 years NP/PA experience seeing older adults
