New graduate? Experienced NP or PA looking for a new specialty? This opportunity might be exactly what you're looking for.

We're representing an established gastroenterology and hepatology practice in Show Low, Arizona, seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its growing team.

The practice is particularly interested in new graduates who are eager to learn. No previous hepatology experience is required!

Work alongside experienced specialty clinicians while building expertise in liver disease, gastrointestinal medicine, and complex patient care.

Opportunity Highlights

  • Competitive Salary: $110K–$150K+, negotiable based on experience.

  • New Grads Welcome: Enter specialty medicine with training and mentorship opportunities.

  • Specialty Development: Gain experience managing fatty liver disease, hepatitis, cirrhosis, and complex GI conditions.

  • Experienced Clinical Team: Collaborate with specialists in hepatology and liver transplantation.

  • Career Growth: Continuing education and potential participation in clinical research.

  • Compensation Flexibility: Higher salary consideration for providers with direct GI/hepatology experience.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with gastrointestinal and liver-related conditions.

  • Perform comprehensive assessments, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.

  • Order and interpret laboratory testing, imaging, and other clinical studies.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans and manage medications.

  • Educate patients on disease prevention, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications.

  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to coordinate patient care.

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in specialty training.

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program.

  • National certification or eligibility and appropriate Arizona licensure before starting.

  • Strong clinical judgment and patient assessment skills.

  • Interest in gastroenterology, hepatology, and chronic disease management.

  • Willingness to learn and develop new specialty skills.

  • Dependable, compassionate, and committed to quality patient care.

  • Ability to work full-time onsite in Show Low, AZ.

New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. Previous experience in gastroenterology, hepatology, primary care, or internal medicine is a plus, not a requirement.

Ready for Something Different?

Whether you're launching your career or looking to take your clinical experience in a new direction, this is your opportunity to develop valuable specialty skills with an established practice.

No hepatology experience? No problem. Bring your clinical foundation, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
