AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our established outpatient Gastroenterology practice in Palm Coast, Florida.
This opportunity offers a high degree of clinical autonomy with onsite physician support and a predictable Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

- Collaborative team of physicians, APPs, and dedicated clinical and administrative staff
- Practice known for an outstanding patient experience
- Growing specialty aligned with the AdventHealth Digestive Health Institute
- APP experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply
About the Role
Provide outpatient Gastroenterology care, including:
- Chronic disease management
- Patient follow-up
- Coordination of care related to GI procedures
- Supporting timely access and continuity of care
