• We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join a dynamic Gastroenterology team.
• The role involves providing high-quality care across outpatient clinics and inpatient settings.
• The provider will focus on diagnosing, managing, and treating acute and chronic gastrointestinal conditions.
• This position requires strong collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• This position requires strong collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and manage GI-related conditions
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests (lab & imaging)
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and manage ongoing care
• Educate patients on GI health, procedures, and preventive care
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR (EPIC preferred)
• Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare teams
Qualifications
• Active Idaho State License (or ability to obtain)
• Master’s Degree required
• Minimum 1 year Gastroenterology experience required
• Experience in clinic, hospital, or specialty care settings
Working Hours
• Inpatient rotations based on coverage needs
• Occasional night call required
Skills
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of EMR systems (EPIC preferred)
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
