We are hiring for an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Gastroenterology team at West Hospital in Avon, IN!

• Full time, Day Shift
• Monday-Friday
  • 8am-4:30pm
  • Every third weekend day commitment with 2 days off during the week
• 50% inpatient, 50% outpatient
• Patients include adults with new or chronic GI issues including patients with IBS, IBD, esophageal issues and concerns, chronic diarrhea, bleeding, colonoscopy screenings, and upper GI endoscopy patients.
• Team includes 8 physicians and 7 APPs
  • Great communication between physicians and APPs
  • APPs are the rounding providers in the hospital, physicians help support
  • In clinic, APPs act as independent providers seeing new and established patients with their own patient base
• No procedural work

Qualifications:

• ACNP, FNP or PA certification required
• Open to highly motivated new graduates
  • If new grad PA, GI rotation required
  • If new grad NP, RN applicable experience required
• Ideal candidates will have experience in GI
• Must have a passion for inpatient care, as well as being comfortable in the clinic setting
