• Providers Needed: 3

• Employment: Full-time, multispecialty group employed position

• Setting: Nursing homes / multiple facilities

• Schedule: Daytime; flexible scheduling based on facility needs

• Patient Care: Medical management only – no procedures

• EMR: EPIC

• Experience: New graduates welcome

Licensure, Certifications & Requirements

• Candidates: Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants

• Board Status: Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible

• Experience: New graduates accepted

• Licensure: Active Oklahoma license required

• Flexibility: Must be adaptable and comfortable rounding across multiple facilities in the Oklahoma City area.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide primary care and medical management to nursing home patients.

• Round across several facilities throughout the Oklahoma City area.

• Manage ongoing patient care without procedural responsibilities.

• Coordinate care with facility staff and the multispecialty group.

• Multispecialty group-employed position.

• Hiring three full-time providers.

• Schedule flexibility available depending on facility needs.
