Key Responsibilities
Provide primary care services including wellness, prevention, acute episodic, and chronic condition management for patients ages 2 and older
Perform work-related injury evaluations and treatment, including Workers' Compensation initial and follow-up visits and Return-to-Work / Fit-for-Duty determinations
Conduct occupational health services including pre-employment physicals, drug and alcohol testing, and occupational testing (audiometry, spirometry, respirator clearance)
Perform procedures such as suturing/laceration repair and splinting or minor fracture care
Complete DOT-required evaluations as applicable
Document patient encounters using CORITY and/or Athena EMR platforms
Required Qualifications
FNP preferred; Family Practice or Internal Medicine also considered (must be approved to see patients ages 2 and older); PA candidates accepted at select clinic locations
National certification required for NP/PA; MD/DO must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
Active DEA registration required
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required
Must be able to see patients ages 2 and older
Preferred Experience / Skills
Strong background in walk-in health center or urgent care settings
Experience in pediatrics
Familiarity with Athena EMR
Experience with occupational health services and Workers' Compensation cases
