A respected outpatient health clinic in Commerce City, Colorado is seeking a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a full-time contract assignment. Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients ages 2 and older
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform preventive health assessments and wellness visits
• Manage chronic disease care and medication treatment plans
• Conduct routine follow-up appointments
• Provide patient education and health coaching
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Schedule

Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Tuesday, Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Patient Volume

• Approximately 7-10 patients per day

Qualifications

Required

• Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANP)
• Active Colorado Nurse Practitioner License
• Current BLS Certification
• Minimum 2 years of Family Nurse Practitioner experience
• Recent outpatient primary care experience within the past 2 years
• Ability to independently evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients across the lifespan

Preferred

• Active DEA Registration
• Women's Health experience
• Athena EMR experience
• Employee health or workplace clinic experience
• Experience working in autonomous practice settings
