Qualifications & Requirements

Your Qualifications:

• Experience preferred
• Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
  • NPs should be Family Certified
• Current PA/NP licensure in Oklahoma
