Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP) Outpatient (primary care, adult and pediatric)

Pay rate: $120/hr on a 1099 basis (All-Inclusive)

Exact location: Towaoc, CO 81334 (Albuquerque Area IHS Service Unit)
Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Start Date: 1-2 months
Shift Schedule: Monday Friday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
How many shifts needed per month: 20 shifts per month
Credentialing / Onboarding time: 6 weeks to 8 weeks
License: Any state license works.

Certifications/License Needed:
- Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license issued by any U.S. State, Territory, or the District of Columbia.
- Current national certification as a Nurse Practitioner appropriate to the clinical specialty.
- Current DEA registration, if applicable to the scope of practice.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Minimum of three (3) years of recent clinical experience providing primary care to both adult and pediatric patients.
