Locum Tenens Family Medicine PA / NP

Location: Lynwood, California (Los Angeles Area)

We are seeking an experienced, Spanish-speaking Family Medicine Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) for an outpatient primary care locum tenens opportunity in Lynwood, California.

This is a great opportunity for a provider who enjoys working with diverse patient populations and delivering comprehensive family medicine care in a busy outpatient clinic.

• Setting: Outpatient Primary Care Clinic
• Start Date: ASAP
• Assignment Duration: Ongoing
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Saturday Coverage: One half-day per month, 8:30 AM–12:30 PM, with a weekday off in return
• Call: No call responsibilities
• EMR: EPIC
• Vaccination: Preferred; waivers may be considered.
• Credentialing: Approximately 90 days from application submission.
• Ongoing coverage need due to provider shortage

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages.
• Evaluate and treat common illnesses, including cold and flu symptoms.
• Manage routine family medicine appointments and same-day visits.
• Deliver preventive care and general primary care services.
• See approximately 20–24 patients per day.

Requirements

• Board Certified PA or NP.
• Fluent Spanish speaking required.
• Must be comfortable treating patients of all ages.
• Active California license required.
• Previous Family Medicine or Primary Care experience preferred.
