Sentara Medical Group is seeking an experienced APP (NP or PA) to join Sentara Spring Creek Family Medicine, located in Zion Crossroads, just outside of Charlottesville, VA. join a friendly, collaborative, and fast-paced practice serving a diverse rural community. You’ll work alongside an established team of four physicians and two advanced practice providers while enjoying scheduling flexibility, dedicated administrative time, and outpatient-focused practice. Position Highlights:

• Busy practice with an established multi-generational patient population
• Collaborative work environment, providing care for patients in a growing rural community

• 4 or 5 day FT work week – 36 hours patient facing w/ 4 hours admin time
• Average patient volume of 16-18 a day
• Shared minimal call; 24-7 nurse triage team utilized first

Minimum Requirements:

• Active NP or PA
• Minimum master’s degree required
• Experience preferred but open to exceptional new grad
