Position Details

- Contract Length: 3 months
- Schedule: 2 days per week, approximately 20 hours/week
- Shift Hours: 9:30 AM - 8:00 PM (10-hour shifts)
- EMR: Epic
Scheduled Dates:
November 10, 13, 14, 17
December 12, 15, 19, 22
January 1, 2, 5, 9, 12, 15, 16, 19, 20, 22, 23, 26, 29, 30
The client is seeking a provider who is comfortable seeing patients in a primary care and urgent care environment and can adapt to a schedule that may require some flexibility as needs change.
