Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant Houston TX

Part-Time | $650–$750 Per Day + Quarterly Bonus Opportunities | Paid Malpractice Coverage
Bring your injection skills and patient-centered approach to a role focused on musculoskeletal care and regenerative medicine. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide personalized consultations and hands-on treatments across our Heights, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, and Cypress clinics.
This opportunity offers approximately 1–3 clinic days per week, competitive daily compensation, and collaboration with a supervising physician and Medical Director.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $650–$750 per clinic day.
  • Quarterly productivity bonus opportunities tied to treatment starts or patient outcomes.
  • Malpractice coverage paid by the practice.
  • Part-time schedule of approximately 1–3 days per week (one clinic location/day). This position requires travel among the four clinics; your assigned workdays will fall within this operating schedule.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct one-on-one new-patient consultations, including musculoskeletal examinations and reviews of medical history, imaging, and previous treatments.
  • Assess candidacy for regenerative treatment protocols, consulting the Medical Director on uncertain eligibility or potential contraindications before finalizing recommendations.
  • Perform same-day, in-clinic PRP and BMAC joint and soft-tissue injections within your scope of practice and physician-directed protocols.
  • Evaluate patient progress before each treatment step and coordinate protocol adjustments with the supervising physician.
  • Explain treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and follow-up care clearly.
  • Complete accurate EHR documentation on the day of each encounter.
  • Coordinate daily with patient care coordinators and participate in recurring meetings with the owner, Medical Director, and care team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Current Texas Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure and prescriptive authority.
  • Hands-on experience performing joint and soft-tissue injections.
  • Experience in musculoskeletal care, pain management, orthopedics, or sports medicine preferred.
  • Regenerative medicine experience, particularly PRP, strongly preferred.
  • Strong clinical judgment, patient communication, and documentation skills.
  • Comfort working under physician supervision and collaborating closely with the Medical Director.
  • Availability to rotate among all four clinic locations.
