Job description
Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for November 23, 24, & 25 at their onsite employee health center in Greeley. Provider will see ages 2 & up to provide acute episodic care, primary care, wellness exams & biometric screenings. Clinic hours are Monday & Tuesday 7:00am-5:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break from 1-2pm and Wednesday 7:00am-1:00pm. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in Primary Care to qualify for this assignment.
