Make a Difference Where Your Care Matters Most

Are you a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who wants more than just another clinical position?

We are recruiting for an established, mission-driven community healthcare organization in Philadelphia that is seeking a compassionate, confident, and clinically strong NP or PA to join its outpatient team.

This opportunity is ideal for a provider who enjoys building meaningful patient relationships, delivering comprehensive primary care, and improving healthcare access for individuals and families who need it most.

The practice emphasizes preventive medicine, sexual and reproductive healthcare, women's health, and community wellness.

What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out?

  • $90,000–$120,000 annual salary, based on experience and qualifications.

  • No weekends — primarily weekday daytime hours.

  • Comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off and retirement benefits.

  • CME support and employer-provided malpractice coverage.

  • Established outpatient healthcare setting with interdisciplinary support.

  • Opportunity to make a direct impact on community health and preventive care.

  • Collaborative environment emphasizing compassionate, inclusive, patient-centered medicine.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adolescent and adult patients, as appropriate to training and scope.

  • Perform wellness examinations, physical assessments, and preventive screenings.

  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, and other common medical concerns.

  • Deliver sexual and reproductive healthcare, including family planning and contraceptive counseling.

  • Perform STI/HIV screenings and provide appropriate treatment, prevention, and follow-up.

  • Support HIV prevention services, including PrEP and PEP when clinically appropriate.

  • Prescribe medications, interpret diagnostic testing, and coordinate specialty referrals.

  • Collaborate with clinical staff, care coordinators, and community health professionals.

  • Educate patients on preventive healthcare, medication adherence, and healthy lifestyle practices.

  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records and clinical documentation.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Current Pennsylvania NP or PA licensure and appropriate national certification.

  • Active or eligible Pennsylvania prescriptive authority.

  • At least one year of direct clinical primary care experience preferred, with demonstrated ability to independently assess and manage patients within the applicable scope of practice.

  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment-planning skills.

  • Current BLS certification.

  • Comfortable providing respectful, nonjudgmental care to patients from diverse backgrounds.

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and patient education skills.

Highly Desirable Experience

  • Sexual and reproductive healthcare.

  • Women's health and family planning.

  • HIV/STI testing, treatment, prevention, PrEP, or PEP.

  • Community health, public health, or outpatient family medicine.

  • Experience caring for medically underserved populations.

  • Bilingual communication skills.

Prior HIV-specific experience is a plus, but strong primary care providers with a genuine interest in this area are encouraged to apply.
