A well-established outpatient employee health clinic in Orangeburg, South Carolina is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a contract assignment providing comprehensive primary care and occupational health services to employees and their covered dependents.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced provider who enjoys practicing independently in a low-volume outpatient setting while delivering preventive care, chronic disease management, wellness services, and occupational medicine support.

Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services
- Evaluate and treat common acute illnesses
- Manage chronic medical conditions
- Conduct annual wellness and preventive visits
- Perform biometric screenings and health assessments
- Deliver health coaching and lifestyle counseling
- Perform well-woman examinations
- Manage workers' compensation cases
- Support occupational health initiatives
- Document encounters within Athena EMR
- Perform routine phlebotomy procedures as needed
- Independently manage daily clinic operations
Schedule
Approximately 36 Hours Per Week
- Monday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Providers able to work the full schedule are preferred.

Qualifications
Required
- Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANP)
- Active South Carolina NP License
- Minimum 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience
- Recent outpatient primary care experience
- BLS Certification
- Experience treating acute and chronic conditions
- Comfortable practicing independently
- Comfortable performing phlebotomy
Preferred
- DEA Registration
- Athena EMR experience
- Occupational Health experience
- Workers' Compensation experience
- Well-woman exam experience
