Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

With manageable patient volumes, longer appointments, and dedicated Health Coaches, you can focus on comprehensive, whole-person care, prevention, and lasting health outcomes. We are seeking full-time Nurse Practitioners for our West Sahara and Summerlin locations in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Position Highlights

• Manageable schedule of 10–15 patients per day
• 20–60 minute appointments to support thorough evaluations and personalized care
• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• On-site laboratory and pharmacy services

West Sahara

• Four 10-hour shifts with Wednesday or Thursday off
• Rotating Saturday coverage approximately every third Saturday, with an additional weekday off during weeks when you work Saturday
• Call rotation approximately once every 8–9 weeks
• Spanish-speaking candidates preferred

Summerlin

• Four 10-hour shifts with Mondays off
• Call rotation approximately once every 8–9 weeks

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual compensation: $135,582–$162,698
• Eligibility for an Annual Incentive Plan

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP program
• National board certification as a NP
• Current, unrestricted RN license and Nevada APRN license, or eligibility to obtain the required Nevada licensure
• Valid DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
• Experience providing comprehensive care to adult patients; primary care experience strongly preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and care coordination skills
• Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care and quality outcomes
