Are you a compassionate and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner passionate about improving patient health? MinuteClinic is seeking qualified FNPs to join its clinical team in Massachusetts!

This is an exciting opportunity to deliver evidence-based care, support preventive health, manage chronic conditions, and help patients achieve better health outcomes while working with a collaborative clinical care team.

✨ Key Responsibilities

• 🩺 Provide evidence-based primary and family healthcare.
• 🔍 Assess, diagnose, and treat common illnesses and health conditions.
• ❤️ Conduct routine examinations, preventive screenings, and wellness assessments.
• 💬 Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention.
• 📋 Manage chronic conditions and coordinate patient follow-up care.
• 🤝 Collaborate with clinical care teams to improve patient outcomes.
• 🏥 Support clinic operations, including opening and closing, inventory, and patient appointments.
• 💳 Assist with insurance verification and patient payment collection.
• 🚗 Travel between assigned clinic locations to provide float coverage as needed.
• 🧹 Maintain a clean, safe, and professional clinical environment.

✅ Required Qualifications

• Master's degree from a Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current national board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Active Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Nurse Practitioner experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care — REQUIRED.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
• Knowledge of chronic disease management and quality measurement.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to practice autonomously and work effectively within a collaborative clinical team.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and healthcare technology.
• Willingness to travel to Medway, Norton, and North Attleboro clinics as needed.

🗓️ Schedule & Work Requirements

• Up to 40 hours per week.
• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM, with a 1:00–2:00 PM lunch break.
• Saturday: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM.
• Sunday: 9:00 AM–4:30 PM.
• Three out of every six weekends required, with possible holiday rotations.
• Potential on-call rotation.
• This is a safety-sensitive, patient-facing position.
