Are you a compassionate, skilled Family Nurse Practitioner passionate about delivering high-quality primary care? MinuteClinic is seeking experienced FNPs to join its clinical team in Brick, New Jersey!
This is an excellent opportunity to provide evidence-based care, support preventive health, manage chronic conditions, and help patients achieve better health outcomes in a collaborative clinical environment.
✨ Key Responsibilities
- 🩺 Provide evidence-based primary and family healthcare.
- 🔍 Assess, diagnose, and treat common illnesses and health conditions.
- ❤️ Conduct routine examinations, health screenings, and preventive care.
- 💬 Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention.
- 📋 Manage chronic conditions and coordinate appropriate follow-up care.
- 🤝 Collaborate with the clinical care team to improve patient outcomes.
- 🏥 Handle patient appointments, documentation, inventory, and clinic operations.
- 💳 Assist with insurance verification and patient payments.
- 🧹 Maintain a clean, safe, and professional clinical environment.
✅ Required Qualifications
- Master's degree from a Family Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current national board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Nurse Practitioner experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care — REQUIRED.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
- Knowledge of chronic disease management and quality measurement.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to practice autonomously and work effectively within a clinical care team.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and healthcare technology.
🗓️ Schedule & Work Requirements
- 32.5–40 hours per week.
- Weekday clinic hours: 8:30 AM–7:30 PM.
- Saturday: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM.
- Sunday: 9:00 AM–4:30 PM.
- Every other weekend required, with possible holiday rotations.
- Potential on-call rotation.
- This is a safety-sensitive, patient-facing position.
