Are you a compassionate and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner looking for an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality healthcare across multiple clinic locations? MinuteClinic is seeking qualified FNPs to join its clinical team in South and Central New Jersey!

✨ Key Responsibilities
- 🩺 Provide evidence-based primary and family healthcare.
- 🔍 Assess, diagnose, and treat common illnesses and health conditions.
- ❤️ Deliver preventive screenings, wellness counseling, and chronic disease management.
- 💬 Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention.
- 🤝 Collaborate with clinical care teams to improve patient outcomes.
- 📋 Manage patient appointments, clinical documentation, and follow-up care.
- 🏥 Assist with clinic operations, inventory, insurance verification, and patient payments.
- 🚗 Travel between assigned MinuteClinic locations to provide float coverage as needed.
✅ Required Qualifications
- Master's degree from a Family Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current national board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Nurse Practitioner experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care — REQUIRED.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to practice autonomously and work effectively within a collaborative clinical team.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and healthcare technology.
- Willingness to travel between assigned clinic locations.
🗓️ Schedule & Work Requirements
- Approximately 20–40 hours per week.
- Full-time, part-time, or PRN availability may be considered; please specify your availability on your resume.
- Weekdays: 8:30 AM–7:30 PM.
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM.
- Sundays: 9:00 AM–4:30 PM.
- Weekend availability is required, typically three out of every six weekends.
- Possible holiday rotations.
- This is a safety-sensitive, patient-facing position.
