Are you a compassionate and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner passionate about helping patients live healthier lives? MinuteClinic is seeking a qualified healthcare professional to join its clinical team in Lawrenceville, NJ!

This is an excellent opportunity to provide evidence-based primary care, promote preventive health, and support patients with chronic conditions while collaborating with a dedicated clinical care team.

✨ Key Responsibilities

• 🩺 Provide comprehensive primary and family healthcare.
• 🔍 Assess, diagnose, and treat common illnesses and health conditions.
• ❤️ Deliver preventive screenings, wellness counseling, and chronic disease management.
• 💬 Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention.
• 🤝 Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.
• 📋 Manage patient appointments, clinical documentation, and follow-up care.
• 🏥 Assist with clinic operations, inventory, insurance verification, and payment collection.

✅ Required Qualifications

• Master's degree from a Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current national board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Nurse Practitioner experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care — REQUIRED.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to practice autonomously and work effectively within a collaborative clinical team.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and healthcare technology.

🗓️ Schedule & Work Requirements

• Approximately 32.5 hours per week.
• Typically three workdays per week, plus every other weekend.
• Clinic operating hours:
  • Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–7:30 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
  • Sunday: 9:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Holiday rotations may be required.
• This is a safety-sensitive, patient-facing position.
