✨ Key Responsibilities
- 🩺 Provide comprehensive primary and family healthcare.
- 🔍 Assess, diagnose, and treat common illnesses and health conditions.
- ❤️ Deliver preventive screenings, wellness counseling, and chronic disease management.
- 💬 Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention.
- 🤝 Collaborate with a dedicated clinical care team to improve patient outcomes.
- 📋 Manage patient appointments, documentation, and follow-up care.
- 🏥 Support daily clinic operations, inventory management, insurance verification, and patient payments.
✅ Required Qualifications
- Master's degree from a Family Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current national board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Active Missouri Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Nurse Practitioner experience in family medicine, primary care, or urgent care — REQUIRED.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to practice autonomously and work effectively within a collaborative clinical team.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and healthcare technology.
🗓️ Schedule
- Up to 40 hours per week.
- Weekdays: 8:30 AM–7:30 PM.
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM.
- Sundays: 9:00 AM–4:30 PM.
- Every other weekend, with possible holiday rotations.
- An on-call rotation may be required.
