✨ Key Responsibilities

• 🩺 Provide evidence-based primary and family healthcare.
• 🔍 Assess, diagnose, and treat common illnesses and health conditions.

• 💬 Counsel patients on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention.

• 📋 Manage patient appointments, follow-ups, documentation, and routine clinic operations.
• 🏥 Assist with clinic opening and closing, inventory, insurance verification, and maintaining a clean environment.

✅ Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current national board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Active Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Nurse Practitioner experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care — REQUIRED.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to practice autonomously and work effectively within a collaborative clinical team.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and healthcare technology.
