🕒 Schedule: 40 hours per week
🏥 Setting: In-person, patient-facing clinic

✨ What You’ll Do
- 🩺 Provide comprehensive primary and family healthcare.
- 🔍 Assess, diagnose, and treat common illnesses and health conditions.
- ❤️ Support preventive care, wellness screenings, and chronic disease management.
- 👩⚕️ Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention.
- 🤝 Collaborate with the clinical care team to improve patient outcomes.
- 📋 Manage patient follow-ups, documentation, and routine clinic operations.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree from a Family Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current national board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Active Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
- At least 1 year of recent Nurse Practitioner experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care — REQUIRED.
- Current BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross (ARC).
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to practice autonomously and work effectively within a collaborative team.
