Primary Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – West Palm Beach, Florida

Position & Schedule

• Job Type: Permanent
• Provider Type: Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Setting: Outpatient primary care
• Patient Population: Adults only
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Patient Volume: Approximately 22 patients per day
• Call: Rotating phone call; frequency to be determined
• Practice Locations: West Palm Beach and Jupiter, Florida
• Reason for Opening: Physician retirement

Licenses & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of post-training clinical experience required
• Eligible Candidates: Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
• Specialty Focus: Primary care, adult patients
• Clinical Skills: Experience managing acute and chronic conditions and providing preventive care

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to adult patients.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage common acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Provide preventive care, routine follow-ups, and ongoing patient management.
• Share rotating telephone call responsibilities with the clinical team.
• Provide coverage across the West Palm Beach and Jupiter office locations as needed.
