Job description
A healthcare facility in Arizona is seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for outpatient urgent care coverage to support a short-FTE need. This assignment includes a consistent weekday schedule and a broad patient population across the lifespan.
The clinical setting is outpatient urgent care, and the provider should be comfortable seeing patients of all ages, from newborn through end of life. Procedural experience is a plus. EMR is Meditech.
Assignment dates on file run from Dec 13, 2026 through May 28, 2027. Shared housing on site is included per the record.
Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate and treat patients across all ages (newborn through end of life)
• Coordinate with pediatric/OBGYN/family practice and support staff as needed
• Document care in Meditech EMR
Qualifications
• Board Certified required (per record)
• Arizona license required (provider may work while license is pending; must apply within 3 months per record)
• BLS and PALS required
• Experience requirement listed: maximum of 2–3 years as an FNP (per record)
• Comfort seeing all ages required; procedures are a plus
