- 💰 Salary: $160,000–$195,000 DOE
- 📍 Location: Near San Jose, California | Silicon Valley
- 🏥 Setting: Outpatient Primary Care
- 📅 Schedule: Full-Time, Permanent
- 👨👩👧👦 Patient Population: Family Medicine / Primary Care
- 💻 EMR: EPIC
- 🌎 Bilingual Skills: Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Tagalog, or Farsi preferred

🩺 Primary Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, including physical examinations, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, medication management, and patient education. Develop individualized treatment plans, coordinate referrals, maintain accurate EHR documentation, and collaborate with physicians, behavioral health providers, and the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
✅ Requirements
- Master's Degree or Doctorate from an accredited NP program
- Current, unrestricted California NP license
- Board certification
- Active DEA registration
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of primary care clinical experience required
- 🌎 Bilingual skills preferred, not required
